Procentia
Procentia, a global pensions technology business, needed a clearer way to communicate its complex product offering and make it easier for prospective clients to understand which solutions were relevant to them. Working as part of a small agency team, I contributed across UX, information architecture and visual design, helping shape how the new website structure and experience came together.

Restructuring the experience to improve clarity and product discovery.
I supported the analysis of existing content and user behaviour to identify the limitations of the previous site. One key insight was that users were not engaging deeply with solution pages because the navigation and content structure did not clearly separate the different offerings. In response, I helped restructure the site architecture around Procentia’s core solutions and contributed to designing a simplified mega menu that prioritised clarity and faster access to relevant content. I also worked with the marketing team to align page structures with SEO requirements, ensuring content was easier to discover through search. As part of expanding the experience, I contributed to shaping a learning hub and community area designed to support ongoing customer education and feedback. I owned the visual direction for the redesign, exploring how the product could communicate pensions technology in a more intuitive and accessible way. I developed a graphic system inspired by data visualisation paired with human-centred photography to maintain clarity and trust. I led iterations of this visual system with stakeholders, refining how it was applied across key templates to ensure consistency while improving engagement throughout the experience.

Impact
The redesigned multilingual website launched successfully and attracted 3,800 users within the first three months, including 1,248 via organic search, supported by the improved SEO structure and clearer site architecture. The introduction of the learning hub also extended engagement beyond initial visits, with user feedback collected through the community features helping inform ongoing platform improvements.
